Chordate gateway vector set
Laurent chabry's work
Novembre 6th, 2007:
The double cassette destinations vectors
pSP72BSSPE-R3- ccdB/cmR-R5::RfA-HA,
pSP72BSSPE-R3- ccdB/cmR-R5::HA-RfA,
pSP72BSSPE-R3- ccdB/cmR-R5::RfA-CFP
(respectively D9, E9 and F9 from the Gateway
Collection Plate Release May 2007) have now been
tested in vivo.
An immunostaining was performed on embryos to
reveal the fusion proteins resulting from the
recombination of the double cassette destination
vectors (D9, E9 or F9) with 2 entry clones (a
promoter and a transcription factor ORF). We
observed fluorescence in the expected embryonic
territories.

All three constructs are thus functional.

Good luck and have fun with these tools.
